We accept cheque, direct deposit, Mastercard/Visa or cash. If you want to pay by cheque or direct banking, please email or phone us to arrange payment.
Due to the costs and difficulties involved, we no longer ship Dangerous Goods such as ammunition, reloading powders, primers, cleaning solvents and aerosols. Following a recent WA Police decision that Australia Post is not an approved carrier, firearms can no longer be sent by post. At this stage we are unable to ship firearms by any other means. See below for details on licensing and Permits.
All other orders will be sent by Australia Post Express Post.
We are unable to sell firearms or ammunition to anyone who does not hold an appropriate licence or permit. Ammunition sales can only be made to purchasers with a current firearms licence for the appropriate firearm, or to holders of a current Dealers Licence. Firearm sales can only be made to holders of a Western Australian firearms licence, or to holders of a current Dealers Licence. The Western Australia Police require prospective purchasers of firearms to apply for the firearm using the application form downloaded from the Police web site www.police.wa.gov.au . A Firearms Serviceability Certificate for the firearm will be required when the application is submitted, so the purchaser will need to order a firearm prior to making the application in order to obtain the Certificate. We are happy to supply Certificates to customers wishing to purchase a fiirearm from us, and to help with the licence application, which can be done in the shop.
It is a requirement under the WA Firearms Act for purchasers of firearms to have in place a means of safe storage for their firearms. In practice this means buying and fitting an approved gun safe. We sell gun safes - see under SAFETY in the catalogue.
If you have any queries regarding firearms licensing, please feel free to phone us on 9821 4455, or by email. Alternatively, you can contact Police Licensing Services on 1300 171 011 .
